the house

Here is the house I was talking about...
House

As of late

I know that lately I have been bad about posting. That is because I have been so very busy. First off, I am drawing a picture of my aunts house and I will have that posted in a little bit. Secondly, we have been doing posters here at work. And if that wasn't enough, we are also doing 8 more designs of plaques for Demdaco on top of all the designs for there home line. All that and still I have cards to do.

So I have been busy at work. But I do love it. Easily the best job I have ever had. And things should get easier since we just hired a new artist. I think we are still looking for a new writer.

As for whats new for me you ask? Well I am meeting with a man today who wants me to do 5 or more cartoons for his book, so that should be exciting. Also, about 2 weeks ago we introduced Lee (coworker) and Doug to Schleuderball. Tim (coworker) wants to play as well, but we don't know when we are going to play next. We were talking about next week, but I will be in St. Louis.

Amanda left for San Fransico sunday, and I will be Batchin' it until saturday when I pick her up at the St. Louis airport.

Last weekend we had a party at G3 which was fun. I drank too much and called my brother. Still never been sick from drinking and I remember everything. A good time had by all I would think.

At home I have been keeping busy with Devil May Cry 3, which is amazing. I know I probably say that a lot, but I am very selective about what I play. Also, I liked the music so much I bought the soundtrack. Its a mix of heavy metal and "gothic" music. Very interesting in my opinion.

Thats all for now...

f-ing liars

As some of you may know, I was ripped off by some people posing as paypal. They can be quite convincing, but there are some key things to know before you open reply to any email from paypal.

First off is that the greeting will have YOUR name and not "Paypal Customer". If you see that, its fake, just delete it.

Second, paypal does not include links to its website. If its real it will tell you to go to the website and log on. If you click on a link and it takes you to to the login page, its fake.

I have gotten a few of these emails as of late, and the only reason I know that they are fake is because I got ripped of that one time. Granted I got my money back, but it was a BIG hassle. So keep and eye out and don't fill out any of these emails.

Nintendo

nintend'oh

This is a comic I have been thinking about doing for a while and finally was able to sit down and do it. I am sure that if you ever had a ninendo (NES) you have had this happen to you. I usually never had that problem, but I think my ninendo is starting to die and it takes awhile to get it to work now...

Super Bowl

IMG_1540

Well its been a good week, hectic though it may have been.

We have been running around trying to get things in order for the wedding, and our super bowl party. We spent most of our time cleaning, shopping, etc. to get ready for the game. We even got an HD box so that we can finally see shows (and the game) in HD. I am really surprized at the difference.

At the party Andrew and Alison told us that their cat Samantha is sick and at the vet. Hopefully she is going to get better, but she is not doing very well.

I have been doing designs for Demdaco at work and at home. That has sapped a lot of my time. Not to mention the fact that I would like to finish (or start) the painting of my aunts house, and possibly draw a comic. Maybe this week I will have more time.

Later today I have to go to court to show that my tags are no longer expired. They were expired for a little over a week when I got pulled over.

Even with as busy as everything is, I am still quite happy with the way things are. I can't really complain about anything.
