Christmas and such

I had a great christmas. A busy christmas, but a great one. Amanda and I went to St. Louis on friday and were there until sunday. We went to my friend David's surprize party (pics on flickr) and were there until about 1:30. Ryan won the little poker tournament, so he got 47 dollars. Then in the morning we opend some gifts. Ryan gave me Donkey Konga, where we preceeded to "battle" each other for about an hour or so. After which we left and headed home.

Once we got there we just spent the rest of the day cleaning and getting the house ready for tomorrow. I painted a bit, but was unable to finish what I needed before the deadline (Amanda wanted to give some paintings to her mom). The next day Amanda and I exchanged gifts and then her mom came over and they made breakfast. After that people started to show up. We opened gifts again, then played some spades, watched tv (damn tivo kept switching to mythbusters), ate dinner, watched some more tv, and people went home.

Everything there is a little rushed. much more went on, but I don't think its worth going into. It was busy, but a good christmas.

Well, i got one more submission up at Threadless now. Hopefully it will do better than all the others...



Not much is new. I am looking forward to the weekend where we will have our annual "apt 9 christmas." Other than that, no plans. Though I would love to sleep in a bit tomorrow.
